Dear Michael,
                     Thank you for driving all the way down and back on 101 interstate from Santa Rosa to my home last Thursday afternoon, and for replacing the windshield of my RX 350. I enjoyed our short time together, and hope you later had a nice evening dancing, as you mentioned you had planned. I appreciated watching the skilled and interesting job you did. The view from my driving seat now looks fine and is unblemished. I hope we might meet again before too long, but hopefully it will not be for me to receive another new windshield!

I only wish all of the services and maintenance for my vehicle were performed with the attention to detail and professionalism like I received from Graingers Auto Glass. Start to finish first class! Thanks for replacing not only my damaged windshield but most important replacing my unhappy thoughts with happy ones every time I look out my new windshield!!!!
